Rome to Vienna (with Nightjet)

After a rainy day in Venice, the sun is back and I have a day in Rome before my night train to Vienna in the evening.

 When using Trenitalia ticket machine, a loud voice is informing everybody around to be aware of pickpockets
 As I mentioned it is not possible to book Interrail seat reservations anymore on the website of Trenitalia. In the ticket machine the option "Special discounts Global Pass" is still visible, but it is not working when selecting this option.

 Nightjet train to Vienna and Munich. Many passengers were confused that the train is going to Monaco, which is the Italian name for Munich. Monaco in Italian is also Monaco.


 The train has 12 coaches, 6 to Vienna and 6 to Munich. There are both seat, sleeper and couchette cars on this train. No restaurant car is available, but it is possible to purchase food and drinks directly to the cabin.

 Sleeper cabin is very small. WLABmz coach has 9 cabins without and 3 cabins with private WC/shower.
