Kirchbichl, Langkampfen, Schaftenau, Flintsbach, Großkarolinenfeld

My 2nd day in Rosenheim

It's still February, but there is already light in the morning
Rosenheim station, the original station was destroyed in the war, the new building opened in 1957

As I mentioned earlier, there are plenty of international train connections to/from Rosenheim
Bound for Budapest-Keleti
Innsbruck

I'm taking Eurocity train to Austria
At Jenbach I'm changing trains
The first photo stop will be at Kirchbichl
It's sunny and cold

Unterinntalbahn railway between Kufstein and Innsbruck
The railway between Kundl and Innsbruck has been doubled with a tunnel railway used by faster trains and cargo trains. The remaining part between Kundl and Brannenburg will also be built into tunnels, until then I can enjoy the trains and the views here.
