Herrhult

Today I'm visiting Herrhult - which is located at Bergslagsbanan near Nykroppa.

 I'm here at 7 in the morning to spot the delayed ARE train which was supposed to pass here the day before at 22:59. Now it is over 600 minutes delayed.

 Once Herrhult was a junction station for Bergslagernas Järnvägar and Inlandsbanan

 Later Inlandsbanan got a new route through Daglösen. The station was demolished but the stairs are still here

 Herrhult was modernized in 2017 with increased capacity and upgrade to the ATC sysstem

 Here it is, ARE train 41921 from Narvik to Alnabru
